Taylor Barton serves as Partner at Markle Financial, where he plays a pivotal role in delivering client service excellence and leading the firm’s advisory operations. Joining the firm in 2020 as its first hire, Taylor has been instrumental in building Markle Financial alongside founder Shannon Markle, helping shape its processes, culture, and client-first ethos from the ground up.
With a multidisciplinary focus that bridges client advisory, internal operations, and process improvement, Taylor has become the firm’s go-to resource for financial planning, systems knowledge, and operational best practices. He works closely with clients to ensure a seamless onboarding and service experience, maintaining the high standard of care that defines Markle Financial.
Prior to joining the firm, Taylor worked at UniWyo Federal Credit Union as a Service Representative, where he discovered his passion for helping clients manage their finances and achieve long-term goals. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Accounting from Laramie County Community College.
Taylor’s commitment to precision, consistency, and relationship-building continues to guide his work with both clients and colleagues. Outside the office, he enjoys golf and travel. Taylor and his wife, Kay, have been married since 2017 and are raising their three children in Laramie, Wyoming, where they remain active in their community.
