Most recently, he served as a Digital Operations Manager, supporting teams in the implementation and troubleshooting of emerging technologies within the digital fulfillment space.
His background in large-scale operations has shaped a people-centered leadership style rooted in the belief that strong relationships drive lasting results. At Markle Financial, Jonathon plays a key role in operational execution, process optimization, and client service support, helping ensure the firm’s internal systems run smoothly and efficiently for both clients and advisors.
Outside the office, Jonathon enjoys exploring the Wyoming outdoors and spending time with his two cats.
