Rob Teague serves as Senior Partner at Markle Financial, bringing nearly 25 years of experience in guiding high-net-worth families and multi-generational clients through complex financial decisions. Known for his client-first mindset and commitment to excellence, Rob has built enduring relationships that span decades, grounded in trust, integrity, and results.

Rob began his career shortly after graduating from Houghton College with a Bachelor of Science, launching his work in the financial services industry as an independent financial advisor. Over the years, he has helped clients navigate wealth management, investment strategy, and legacy planning with a steady, hands-on approach.

In addition to his work at Markle Financial, Rob serves as Executive Director of the Eden Bridge Foundation, a faith-based non-profit organization in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Since being appointed as its first Executive Director in 2008, he has guided donors and families in charitable estate planning, utilizing techniques such as charitable trusts, in-kind gifts, and donor-advised funds.
His passion for philanthropy extends into his personal life as well – Rob continues his family’s legacy of service. He serves in a volunteer capacity as the Board Treasurer for Jessica and Friends Community. Rob’s sister, Jessica, is the inspiration for the founding of the organization, which serves individuals with intellectual disabilities. In addition to his board service at Jessica and Friends, he also volunteers as the Board Treasurer for Pastor’s Discipleship Network (PDN), which partners with Lancaster Bible College to provide postgraduate biblical education to African pastors.

He is a graduate of the ABA National Trust School, a rigorous professional development program offered by the American Bankers Association, which he completed in November 2008.

Beyond the office, Rob is an avid traveler, photographer, skier, foodie, and natural problem-solver with a “MacGyver” approach to life. He and his wife, Kirsten, his high-school sweetheart, have raised three children together and recently welcomed their first grandchild.
