Markle Financial, LLC, Laramie, WY seeks Directors, Corporate Development- Own capital planning and FP&A: multi-year models, corporate KPIs & scorecards, budgets/forecasts, cash and liquidity planning, board/investor reporting. Lead corporate development: sourcing, diligence, valuation, and end-to-end execution of M&A/capital transactions; coordinate external advisors – legal, tax & accounting, commercial, and compliance – on deal negotiation, structure, and terms; perform in-depth financial analysis using three-statement models, scenario/sensitivity analysis, DCF, comparables, and precedent transactions methodologies using deal database tools. Drive post-merger integration and portfolio value-creation initiatives with cross-functional teams, define investment portfolio performance specific KPIs/OKRs and reporting cadences and to inform capital allocation and post-deal value creation. Oversee treasury and risk routines appropriate for a financial-services firm; maintain finance policies, controls, and procedures in partnership with Compliance applying GAAP/IFRS and audit analytics. Select and manage vendors/systems (finance, reporting, data) and implement process improvements that scale operations F. to drive transaction execution and integration. Prepare executive materials for leadership, investors, and the Board utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, S&P Capital IQ, Pitchbook, Bloomberg Terminal, ThomsonONE, deal datarooms, Power BI, Carta, and transaction/portfolio systems, and CRMs and deliver data-driven recommendations on capital allocation and growth initiatives. Will travel 5% in US for company meetings.May Telecommute.
Requires Bachelor’s (or foreign educ. equiv.) degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a closely related field and Two (2) yrs. experience in Job Offered or closely related.Experience must have included Executing M&A transactions and capital raises, including target evaluation, due-diligence coordination, and end-to-end deal project management; Financial modeling and valuation, including three-statement models, scenario/sensitivity analysis, DCF, comparables, and precedent transactions using deal database tools;Transaction structuring in collaboration with legal, tax, and accounting, commercial, and compliance advisors to include equity/debt instruments, ownership/waterfalls and term optimization;Portfolio level monitoring and KPI reporting for investments, including preparation of investment committee/board-level materials; Risk assessment and internal control evaluation for financial-services entities applying GAAP/IFRS and audit analytics;Cross-functional program management across Finance/Legal/Tax/Compliance and external advisors to drive transaction execution and integration;Corporate executive-level reporting including dashboards/scorecards/KPIs, board and investor materials, to inform capital allocation and post-deal value creation; and Use of tools/technologies including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, S&P Capital IQ, Pitchbook, Bloomberg Terminal, ThomsonONE, deal datarooms, Power BI, Carta, and transaction/portfolio systems, and CRMs.
